Our Dublin is… Different

In recent weeks, our life within our community has been completely turned on its head. It has been difficult for all for a variety of reasons. But one thing has remained very clear throughout the entire period of COVID-19, it is vitally important that we, as a community, keep fit, healthy and active.

To help everyone do this, Dublin City Sport & Wellbeing Partnership have created this Home Workout Series to provide people of all ages and capabilities with some new and unique ways to get on the move.

Do you find it difficult to put time aside for activity? Even though it can be tough at the moment, as a community we really need to make sure we keep active & healthy.
